Learning outcomes

MODULO CITOPATOLOGIA Obiettivi formativi: Riconoscimento delle principali alterazioni citologiche in ambito infiammatorio e neoplastico. MODULO IMMUNOISTOCHIMICA Obiettivi formativi: Il corso si propone di fornire le basi conoscitive tecniche ed applicative dell'immunoistochimica.

MODULO ISTOPATOLOGIA Obiettivi formativi: L’obiettivo del corso è di far acquisire allo studente una conoscenza dell’inquadramento anatomoclinico delle patologie del sistema digestivo ed endocrino dal punto di vista nosografico, eziopatogenetico, fisiopatologico, con particolare focus nell’apprendimento del valore del referto patologico, sia nella patologia neoplastica che non neoplastica.

MODULO METODI E TECNICHE DI COLPOCITOLOGIA Obiettivi formativi: Fornire allo Studente gli strumenti conoscitivi e metodologici necessari per lo svolgimento del ruolo del Tecnico di Laboratorio Biomedico nella gestione e lettura del Pap-Test e nella valutazione della qualità dello screening del Carcinoma della Cervice Uterina.

MODULO PATOLOGIA MOLECOLARE Obiettivi formativi: Riconoscere e saper descrivere le principali tecniche di laboratorio biomedico applicabili su tessuto cito- istopatologico sia in ambito oncologico che non neoplastico infiammatorio Riconoscere le tecniche di estrazione del DNA per l'utilizzo di indagini mutazionali e di next generation sequencing.

Inflammation :associated with cellular alterations-Follicular Cervicitis-Effects of ionizing radiation-Chemotherapy-I.U.D. –Effects of estrogen treatment-Other. Epithelial cells: squamous cell, atypical cells (ASCUS)LOW SIL-HSIL –Carcinoma in Situ –Invasive Carcinoma. Glandular cells: endocervical, endometrial –AGUS.
