Learning objectives
Gaining knowledge about the Walfare State and the organisational structure of the National Health Service in order to work effectively in the complexity of the health system and to facilitate the integration into the world of work WORK RIGHT FORM Training objectives: Make labour law understandable. Facilitating employment by providing knowledge about forms of work, start-up work, the rights and obligations of the parties to the subordinate employment relationship and the tools of worker protection. HEALTH SYSTEM ORGANIZATION MODULE AND HEALTH LEGISLATION Training objectives: Gaining knowledge about the organisational structure of the National Health Service in order to work effectively in the complexity of the health system. Learn with a unified vision of methods and skills to be used to exercise their professional role towards users and in synergy with other NHS operators. SOCIOLOGICAL MODULE OF HEALTH AND ORGANIZATIONS Educational objectives: Welfare states have been and are experiences of a national nature, exposed to the challenges of crisis and globalization, to socio-demographic and cultural transformations. The aim of the course is to accompany the students to understand how the welfare state experience was born and how it is developing, driven by the new socio-economic and cultural scenarios.
