Program

Description of models for designing community health promotion and education interventions:
- PRECEDE-PROCEED model (Lawrence W. Green)
- Social marketing and EAST model (Easy, Attractive, Social, Timely)
Databases for identifying good health promotion practices:
- Xchange prevention registry
- NIEBP - Italian Network Evidence Based Prevention
- CARE (Catalogue of Well-Described Actions Aimed at Equity)
- PRO.SA. (Database of prevention and health promotion projects and interventions)
Effective recommendations, strategies and interventions for promoting healthy eating, physical activity/counteracting sedentary lifestyle and substance use prevention.
Working with communities to promote health:
- Methods and tools for participatory planning and active community involvement
- Scale for measuring community empowerment (Laverack and Labonde, 2008)
- Skills for building and maintaining successful partnerships
