Learning outcomes

Know the main theoretical references of Work Psychology and the possible uses of discipline within the organization.This is to better understand some events related to the working life at an individual,group and organizational level.
Implement the ability to handle relational and subjective aspects of relationship between person and organization.

Program

Prerequisites: Knowledge in Social Psychology.
Contents of the course:
The relationship of the person with the job. The professional skills.
Values, needs and the psychological contract. Interpersonal relationships and relationships between roles.The workgroup. Organizational cultures.
Processes related to communication, leadership, delegation and decision.

Additional sources of study and research related to the psychology of work, are given by the teacher during the course, also as a function of cultural and professional interests expressed by the participants.

The exam is in written form, by open-ended questions concerning the contents of the course.
