Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide a framework of knowledge of public employment law, with particular reference to the health sector. The course is intended to provide useful tools for orientation within the rules of labour law in this sector.
Program
1. The evolution of Labour Law in the Italian and the European Union legal framework.
2. Trade Union Law in the public sector: collective bargaining.
3. Trade Union Law in Public Employment: trade union rights.
4. Italian constitutional principles. Differences between the public and the private sector.
5. Distinction between subordination and autonomy: standard and non-standard employment.
6. Recruitment in the Public Administration.
7. The discipline of the subordinate employment contract: the powers of the employer and their limits. Differences between the public and the private sector.
8. Termination of employment contracts. Differences between the public and the private sector.
9. Job classification, remuneration and working hours.
10. Compulsory vaccination.
