Learning outcomes

The goal of this course is to provide to the students the basis of anatomy and physiology of urinary tract and of pelvic floor, to plan a diagnostic and therapeutic pathway to cure or improve with conservative and rehabilitative approach the main dysfunctions of the miction and continence. A matter of peculiar interest will be the diagnosis and treatment of lower urinary tract dysfunction due to neurologic diseases or to static pelvic floor dysfunctions that cause female and male urinary incontinence and genital prolapse.
