MODULO COUNSELLING APPLICATO ALLA RIABILITAZIONE LOGOPEDICA Obiettivi formativi: L’insegnamento si propone di fornire le basi concettuali, metodologiche, professionali necessarie per conoscere e saper comprendere il significato di Counselling in ambito logopedico, acquisire le nozioni di base del Counselling come relazione d’aiuto in situazioni problematiche in ambito sanitario logopedico. Conoscere e le abilità comunicative per favorire comportamenti facilitanti in situazioni di crisi nella relazione con l’utente, i caregivers e nei vari contesti organizzativi.

MODULO DEONTOLOGIA E REGOLAMENTAZIONE DELL'ESERCIZIO PROFESSIONALE Obiettivi formativi: L’insegnamento si propone di fornire le basi concettuali, culturali, normative, necessarie per saper descrivere le caratteristiche deontologiche ed etiche del Logopedista, saper adottare comportamenti etici e deontologici negli ambienti di competenza professionale, descrivere gli elementi che caratterizzano la responsabilità professionale.

MODULO SOCIOLOGIA DEI PROCESSI CULTURALI E DELLA FAMIGLIA Obiettivi formativi: Il corso intende portare gli studenti a riflettere in termini sociologici sul concetto di famiglia come contesto rilevante nel quale ogni individuo si colloca, al fine di migliorare il loro agire come professionisti logopedisti in un mondo in continua trasformazione. Attraverso la conoscenza dei principali approcci di analisi, si vogliono fornire gli strumenti concettuali necessari al riconoscimento delle strutture familiari, degli aspetti di carattere strutturale, i ruoli e le funzioni, dei processi culturali e relazionali che le caratterizzano in rapporto ai cambiamenti che contraddistinguono oggi la società italiana. In seguito, si intendono approfondire gli aspetti tipicamente relazionali della famiglia, gli aspetti culturali e comunicativi, le dinamiche interne e le relazioni con l’esterno ed in particolare, il pregiudizio, lo stigma e lo stereotipo che spesso le accompagnano quando presentano caratteri di diversità. Ciò al fine di offrire agli studenti una sorta di "cassetta degli attrezzi" per affrontare l'odierna complessità, riflettendo sul proprio agire professionale, allargando il proprio punto di vista, sviluppando la propria capacità di giudizio, di comunicazione e relazione con l'Altro.

The course will address the following topics: Know and understand the normative, cultural, scientific evolution of the profession of speech therapist in Italy and in the international context Know and understand the cultural, regulatory and organizational transformations within the health system and the very concept of health in relation to the logopedic clinic Know the new epistemology of the professional practice of the speech therapist, the paradigmatic change that faces the issues of complexity and value conflicts that may arise. Know the specific professional skills for the implementation of the professional activities. MM: COUNSELLING APPLICATO ALLA RIABILITAZIONE LOGOPEDICA

Counseling is part of the basic skills of the speech therapist for effective and healthy communication within a rehabilitation program or a complex consulting activity, where "patient" / patient facilitation is needed. The course will cover the following topics Know and understand the concept of care relationship within the logopedic rehabilitation field Know the main theories of the relationship with health professionals. Know the basic skills of the speech therapist for effective communication within a professional intervention Know the basics of counseling through the main topics of: active listening, empathy, effective communication. Learn about the main communication skills used by the speech therapist in an interview to help develop user / patient latent resources. MM: SOCIOLOGIA DEI PROCESSI CULTURALI E DELLA FAMIGLIA

To achieve the training objectives, the course will deal with the following topics: • "liquid" modernity and the challenges for society and the individual: diversity and complexity • The study of the family: from the contribution of the classics to the current perspectives • Family aspects: structures, roles, functions • The transformations of the family: life cycle and relationships with the outside world • Family and disability: caregivers between resources and problems • Stigma and social relationships • Family, networks and relationship with professionals. The topics present in the program will be dealt with during the lessons and an internal lecture note will be distributed for the preparation of the exam. The teaching methods adopted consist of: - lectures, dedicated to the transmission of the basics and the key-categories, useful for the implementation of theoretical knowledge; - interactive lessons, through the analysis of films and illustrative material, the common discussion, group work and exercises and, where possible, the intervention of privileged witnesses, in order to improve learning skills, applied comprehension, work in team, relationship and communication. Throughout the academic year, the teacher is available for individual reception by appointment. The monthly calendar of receptions is published on the web under "notices".

The assessment of the learning outcomes involves a preliminary written assessment of the acquired knowledge and an oral supplementary examination. Objectives of the assessment test The written test is intended to ascertain the knowledge of the topics in the program, it is divided into groups of questions that concern the main topics of the course (concept of profession, professional skills, concept of autonomy and responsibility, code of ethics, clinical risk management) such questions are inspired by what was discussed in the classroom on topics covered with the support of ad hoc didactic material. Each group of questions is associated with a score expressed in 30ths. The written test concludes with a vote proposal that the student can integrate with the oral exam.

The assessment of learning outcomes requires a written test in the form of a report; the final evaluation is expressed in 30/30. - The written test is aimed at ascertaining the ability to learn and the degree of knowledge of the topics in the program, the ability to use written language, the ability to connect knowledge in a systemic form, the analytical and comparison skills between points of different views.
