CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: conoscenze per progettazione, organizzazione e valutazione di interventi nell'ambito di politiche sociali; conoscenze di co-progettazione e negoziazione con diversi attori e nell'ambito del sistema degli accreditamenti di eccellenza. CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: padronanza nell'uso di strumenti di raccolta dati e informazioni; capacità di progettazione socio-economica. OBIETTIVI SPECIFICI La riforma dell'assistenza vede nella programmazione strumento fondamentale per il governo delle politi-che sociali/socio-sanitarie territoriali. Il corso, quindi, avrà più obiettivi: fornire conoscenze in merito alle metodologie di raccolta e analisi delle problematiche della complessità (uso di indicatori per la programmazione e la valutazione anche entro i sistemi di accreditamento di eccellenza); ai metodi e le tecniche di progettazione socio-economica che possono sostenere l'innovazione negli interventi sociali; alle modalità attraverso le quali la progettazione diventa una competenza centrale avanzata del servizio sociale professionale (funzioni di coordinamento della rete, case management, tecniche di reporting, tecniche di fundraising). Attraverso la costruzione di un protocollo di un progetto su un tema di intervento sociale, l’insegnamento si propone di fornire le basi concettuali della valutazione di progetti di intervento o di organizzazioni di servizi complessi.
Prerequisites and basic notions
Knowledge of the organization, functioning, objectives and practices of Social Services, knowledge of the most common problems faced by Social Services. Knowledge of social research methodology and social research techniques.

Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The examination will consist of: a) a written test with open questions on the theoretical part covering the three modules; b) a project/protocol prepared by the student for the practical exercise following the instructions of the lecturers. The written test will be held on the same dates and at the same time in the classroom for all three modules. The protocols of the practical test, which the student will send by e-mail (TO ALL 2 TEACHERS), will be evaluated by the lecturers, each for their own part and then collectively for the whole work. . The overall course mark will be the average of the written mark and the mark obtained in the practical project test. If the student does not obtain a sufficient mark in any one of the three modules, he/she will have to repeat the written examination of all three modules at the next examination of the same session or at another session. PROJECT GUIDELINES Prior to the final and definitive submission of the project, the lecturers are available for interim examinations and/or consultations a maximum of 2 times per lecturer per project. The project can be done individually or in groups.
