Learning outcomes

The course aims to analyse the statutory regulation of the tourism, with attention also to the European and international regulations. At the end, the student has to demonstrate to know the different regulations and to be able to explain them in an appropriate language.

Program

Notions of public law (with particular regard to the sources of state and regional law, for the division of powers between State and Regions, for sources of the European Union). Particular attention will be given to the study of constitutional jurisprudence for the fundamental role in the definition of the subject.
A specific consideration will be devoted to tourist contracts, such as the voyage contract. The course will consider the so called damage of spoiled holiday and its evolution both in doctrine and in jurisprudence till decreto legislativo n. 62 del 2081.
The course will consider the theme of tourist professions.

Examination Methods

The exam will be oral and will focus on the whole program. The exam is aimed at verifying:
the depth of knowledge gained;
the property of language;
the capacity for analysis and argumentation.

The final vote is expressed in thirtieths.

The student can meet the Professor during the office hour indicated in the web page.
