Learning objectives
The teaching aims to develop skills in management of changes to promote innovation and safety and quality standards and to create learning and teamworking environments; the teaching aims to provide conceptual references and the main methods and tools for promoting and enhancing learning from experience as a driver for training and developing professional skills in basic and advanced health education and in health care organizations. LEARNING MODELS FROM EXPERIENCE Module: Learning Outcomes: to deepen the learning models aimed at developing professional skills. To acquire tools and skills for reflective learning. TUTORIAL AND COACHING METHODOLOGIES Module: Learning Outcomes: to develop skills to facilitate learning from experience for training and professional development and to apply methods and tools of tutorship as a relationship that facilitates learning: the training setting and device, asking questions, providing feedback, briefing and debriefing, counseling, learning plans in basic and continuing education, and reflective journals. The design of educational interventions (continuing education): theoretical foundations, paradigms and meaning of assessment of competencies in the organization. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT Module: Learning Outcomes: to provide a framework of knowledge regarding laws and rights of the public administration, with particular reference to the health sector. Provide the useful tools to understand and navigate the rules of labor law in this sector. CHANGE MANAGEMENT TOOLS Module: Learning Outcomes: to acquire skills/competencies to promote, facilitate and accompany processes of change, taking into account the subjective dimension and the emotional variables they invoke. Into different leadership styles with special reference to conflict management.

the final grade originates from the weighted average of the grades received in the individual modules. It is necessary to have reached a sufficient level (18/30) in all modules.
