Learning objectives
The teaching aims to provide knowledge and methods to design educational projects and develop interpersonal and motivational skills to support life skills, learning and behaviour change. ADVANCED METHODOLOGIES OF HEALTH EDUCATION AND SELF-MANAGEMENT Module: Learning Outcomes: to analyse the theoretical models underlying self-care and self-management skills for health promotion and management of chronic/disability situations. To deepen health education and therapeutic strategies and develop skills in designing and conducting educational interventions to the individual and/or group. To develop skills for effective communication with users, applying the principles of health literacy. MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEW Module: Learning Outcomes: to develop skills in conducting motivational interviewing in order to identify and increase availabity of individuals and groups regarding change. TELEMEDICINE AND TELEMONITORING TOOLS Module: Learning Outcomes: to recognize the role of digital health and telemedicine in facilitating processes of care in the community setting aimed at monitoring/follow up and education.
