Neuromotor assessment: interview/anamnesis, physical examination, assessment tools.
Recognize and interpret the main alterations:
- state of consciousness and evaluation scales
- cranial nerves (pupils and pupillary reflexes, eye movements, facies)
- physiological and pathological reflexes
- somatosensory and motor disorders (tremors and involuntary movements, paralysis, paresis, spasticity, flaccidity, atrophy, fasciculations)
- gait disturbances
Early indicators of stroke in the community (Cincinnati Prehospital Stroke Scale, Los Angeles Prehospital Stroke Screen).
