Training objectives To learn the influence of sex and gender - for sociocultural and psychological aspects - on physiology, health determinants and the risk of developing certain diseases. Analyze gender differences in the frequency, symptoms, severity of diseases and also in the response to therapies and adverse reactions to drugs. Address the gender approach in healthcare practice with respect to health promotion, appropriateness and personalization of care. Evaluation criteria
The grade is out of 30mi and it is necessary to reach a minimum acceptable level (18/30). Active and constructive participation in the classroom also contributes to the evaluation
