Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing students with notions and institutes that are required to understand the legal framework that governs public companies and public services. The course will offer to students the necessary critical and argumentative tools to analyse and deal with complex operative issues in this area. The course's goal is also to enable students to make systematic connections between the various fundamental legal categories of administrative law in order to critically assess the evolutive trend of this particular field of law.
Program
The course addresses the issue of the public service activity carried out by public administrations, as separate asset from the traditional authoritative one.
The course will cover all the methods and instruments, in administrative, civil and corporate law, through which public administrations organize and manage public services in our country.
Since actors in the management of public services today are public companies, the course will also focus on this specific figure, which is constantly in the middle of doctrinal and jurisprudential evolution.
