DENTAL PROSTHESIS MODULE Educational objectives. The course aims to deepen the knowledge related to the treatment plan and the realization of the different types of fixed prosthesis, with the application of latest generation materials and methods, which is the CAD-CAM system. The guidelines and the realization methods of the adhesive prosthesis are studied in depth, applied to inlays and veneers PRACTICAL ACTIVITY IN DENTAL PROSTHESIS MODULE Educational objectives. The practical exercises through simulations on mannequin allow to acquire the principles of preparation of the natural prosthetic pillars, the techniques of imprinting and the phases of realization of fixed restoration, be it total or partial. Furthermore, the acquisition of the imprinting techniques with the different materials will be included in the exercises. DENTAL PROSTHESIS MODULE Educational objectives. The course provides the student with the necessary knowledge to set up a complex treatment plan with fixed restorations on natural pillars. The theoretical lessons allow you to acquire the principles of preparation of natural prosthetic pillars in fixed prostheses and in subjects suffering from periodontal diseases that require combined prosthetic treatment, impression techniques and the phases of implementation of fixed restoration. In addition, the student is provided with information relating to the construction of the conservative prosthesis and adhesive prosthesis, with relative knowledge of the types of material indicated in the different clinical situations in the posterior sectors or in aesthetic areas.
