Learning objectives
The course aims to offer a complete analysis of the legal and organizational aspects related to the speech therapist profession. LABOR LAW MODULE Training objectives: The labor law course aims to bring students closer to the existing work discipline and to the perception of the social dynamics that animate this branch of law in the Health sector, in particular with reference to the speech therapist profession. It is therefore proposed to deepen the evolution of the discipline as well as the types and regulatory treatments related to a broad concept of work (subordinate, autonomous, quasi-subordinate). LEGAL MEDICINE FORM Training objectives: Provide the fundamental legal and medical legal knowledge required for the correct performance of the speech therapist's health profession, with the elective reference to criminal law issues (professional secrecy, reporting requirement, etc.), to the social insurance system and professional healthcare responsibility; acquisition of basic knowledge in ethics and bioethics. ORGANIZATION AND HEALTH LEGISLATION MODULE Training objectives: Understanding the nature of complex systems and health services Acquiring the basics of management and relations in care processes and networks Learning the tools for defining and developing profiles and competency budgets Acquire the basics and basic elements of clinical risk management and patient safety.
