Learning objectives

The course aims to illustrate the sources, tools and means that allow the researcher to study the relationship between the different variations of the human genome and human disorders using R and human disease advanced models

Prerequisites and basic notions

Basic genetics

Program

The variability of the human genome: - how to study it (technologies) - how to describe it - how to correlate it with human characteristics (the new frontiers, the polygenic risk score) - R computational package

The student must attend at least 70% of the course hours. The course is held in the Biology and Genetics section classroom (Block B, Top floor)
