Learning outcomes

a) Acquisition of the ethical and legal responsibilities governing the professional relationship between dentist and patient; of the abilities in managing the relationships with legal and public health authorities on the facts of professional interest to those authorities.
b) Understanding of the essential outlines of criminal and civil law, including through the judicial process of Merit and the Supreme Court, regulating matters of professional liability (specific casuistry).
c) Acquisition of the technical skills to the forensic evaluation for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment of the person: dental expertise in various areas of Penal and Civil Law
d) Knowledge of the contribution of dental techniques to forensic activities, with special reference to the issue of individual identification.
