Learning objectives
The course provides students with concepts and tools for understanding a particular area of constitutional law: the judiciary. Students will be able to analyze and interpret the norms contained within Title IV, Part Il of the Constitution, and begin to develop autonomy towards interpreting and critically reflecting upon various aspects of the Italian judicial system.

Learning assessment procedures
The oral exam covers the whole course’s program.
Attending students will to prepare the exam by integrating the reference text with notes from the lessons.
ERASMUS students are requested to make contact with the lecturer at the beginning of the course in order to correctly set up attendance and/or study activities.
Evaluation criteria
The oral exam is aimed at ascertaining, besides the knowledge of the topics of the course, that the student has developed sufficient analytical abilities. In particular, the oral examination is aimed at assessing:
- the level of the preparation of the student;
- the use of the appropriate legal jargon;
- the ability of connecting the different topics of the programme;
- the analytical skills.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The final mark will be expressed in thirtieths and will refer to the oral test as a whole
