Learning objectives

The objective of the course is to provide students with tools to understand the biological rationale and possible clinical implications of an integrated multidisciplinary lifestyle-based intervention to modulate the immune response and implement the expected benefit from innovative therapies such as immunotherapy treatment.

Prerequisites and basic notions

No prior knowledge is required

- Role of nutrition and physical exercise in the oncology field: benefits and evidence
- Rational biological synergy between lifestyle-based intervention and effective treatments
- Clinical and translational research experience of the teacher
